How does the buy it now feature on your site work?
You just click the buy it now button right under the item you wish to purchase.
It will take you to a secure checkout using Paypal. You can pay with your
Paypal account, credit or debit card, or ECheck. Most times, Paypal covers your
purchase. This means, if something happens that you do not receive your package,
your money will be refunded!
What if I do not have a Paypal account?
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. But if you are
nervous about buying online.. just fill out my order form for the item you want.
I will immediately put the item on hold for 7 days. If in that time, I do not
receive your money order, I will put the item back up for sale.
If I place an order, how long will it take to get it?
I ship USPS priority mail, which is 2-3 days. I use Paypal shipping labels,
which means, I print them on my computer the day you place your order. I ship
next business day. This is also convenient because you track the shipment right
from your Paypal account.
How much is shipping & handling?
I do not charge any extra for shipping and handling for U.S. shipments. Shipping
is free! This includes a tracking number. For international orders, just
contact me for a quote before purchase.
How do custom orders work?
Custom orders are just you telling me your idea, and me creating a piece of
clothing from your ideas. I can usually have custom orders done within a week
of order. I require a 50% down payment on all custom orders for the materials.
After I finish, I send you pictures to make sure it's the way you wanted it. Then,
the remaining 50% is due before I ship it.
Do you accept returns?
I am very meticulous with my sewing, but if I do make a mistake, I accept returns.
Item must be returned within 10 days, and in the same condition as I sent
it out. This means unworn and unaltered. Refund will be issued through Paypal
or money order within 3 days. I do not accept returns for items that do not fit.
Please measure yourself carefully! No exceptions!
